When I went through that phase, I thought maybe I had gone through cardiac arrest. I felt it in between the middle of a meeting and I rushed to the doctor. The doctor said I’m having an anxiety attack. I realized that I had to deal with some internal issues that were building to the point of causing anxiety.” 


Hrithik Roshan:  He suffered from major episodes of depression. These levels brought about significant weight gain. Hrithik was given medication and consultation treatment. He is a member of #EverydayHeroes mental health awareness initiative. He said, “I’ve been through my ups and downs. I even experienced depression and confusion, as all of us do. It’s a completely ordinary thing. We need to be very informal about it while we talk about it. When you undergo a depressive episode, then the most essential element is clarity of thought. Sometimes your mind takes over and feeds you with undesirable thoughts. The time you want objectively, a person who actually looks at you and guides you to right physician so, you can improve your situation as soon as possible.”
